Role & Responsibilities
- Support creation and development of fragrance formulas: carry out precise weighings, prepare samples and applications across matrices (alcohol, candles, gels, creams).
- Contribute to technical follow-up of formulas, including stability studies, compatibility and solubility testing, and instrumental analyses (Sun-test, ovens, spectrophotometer).
- Assist with dilutions, shelf-life monitoring and organoleptic checks of raw materials upon reception to ensure compliance with storage and sampling best practices.
- Manage laboratory operational tasks: monitor stocks, prepare orders for raw materials and consumables, support sourcing of new materials and coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain laboratory readiness: ensure availability of consumables (vials, pipettes, glassware), help keep equipment and workspace functional, and contribute to quality of concentrates supplied to perfumers.
- Support collection management and archiving: help manage and conserve specific bases and concentrate collections, prepare sampling requests for Studio, Training, Events and Marketing, and participate in cataloguing and archiving of applications.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a higher diploma in perfumery or a scientific programme (chemistry, bio-industries) with demonstrable interest in perfumery.
- Basic theoretical knowledge of fragrance raw materials and recognised laboratory good practices.
- First laboratory experience within a perfumery or cosmetics environment is strongly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, manual precision for weighing and sample preparation, and a disciplined approach to documentation.
- Fluent in French and English, comfortable in both written and spoken communication.
- Proficient with general computer tools and office software.

Entry-level — candidates may be students or recent graduates. Prior laboratory experience in a perfumery or cosmetics lab is an advantage but not mandatory.
