Role & Responsibilities

• Support the management and monitoring of perfume development projects, including milestone completion and coordination with internal teams such as the laboratory, marketing and studio.
• Create and update tracking files and databases covering olfactory mapping, fragrance families, fragrance pyramids and benchmarks.
• Prepare and coordinate olfactory evaluation committees, consolidating feedback and synthesizing opinions.
• Contribute to analysis of perfume performance, including tests, feedback, customer reviews and longevity.
• Conduct competitor research, analyze trends, visit boutiques and monitor industry innovations and launches.
• Create presentations and reports for the department based on research and benchmarks.
• Maintain and structure documentary databases covering ingredients, INCI, claims, CSR and collection mapping.
• Help draft and create materials for masterclasses and internal or external events.
• Collaborate with marketing, laboratory and creative studio teams to support information flow and project follow-up.
• Help organize masterclasses, workshops, launches and external events.
• Provide occasional support to the laboratory during development or reformulation stages.
• Propose improvements to processes and automation of tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree or studies at a business school, ISIPCA, École du Parfum or equivalent, specializing in finance, management control or business management.
• Sensitivity to luxury products and attention to detail.
• Rigor, organization, creativity, strong autonomy and the ability to quickly understand a new environment.
• Ease with managing numerical data; excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; interest in digital tools and process automation.
• Ability to anticipate, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Reliability, transparent communication and a proactive approach to improving tools and working methods.
• Enjoyment of project-based teamwork in an international, versatile environment with numerous overseas subsidiaries.
• Adaptability and speed of execution in a highly operational context.
• Operational English is required.
