Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate fragrance development projects including milestone tracking and internal team coordination across laboratory, marketing, and studio departments
• Create and maintain project tracking files, databases, and olfactory mapping documentation including fragrance families, pyramids, and competitive benchmarks
• Organize and follow up on sensory evaluation committees, consolidating feedback and synthesizing expert opinions
• Analyze fragrance performance data including consumer testing results, feedback, reviews, and longevity metrics
• Conduct competitive intelligence research including trend analysis, retail visits, and monitoring of sector innovations and product launches
• Develop presentations and reports based on research, benchmarking studies, and market findings
• Build and structure documentation systems for ingredients, INCI information, sustainability claims, and collection mapping
• Contribute to masterclass and event content creation for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure information flow and project tracking across departments
• Support laboratory teams in development and reformulation stages as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and tool automation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university curriculum, business school, ISIPCA, École du Parfum, or equivalent program with specialization in finance, management accounting, or business administration
• Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury products with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with strong autonomy and rapid learning capability
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated interest in digital tools and process automation
• Operational-level English fluency required
• Strong project management orientation with collaborative and adaptable approach to work
