Role & Responsibilities
- Support packaging development and product innovation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the technical development and optimisation of packaging components and assemblies.
- Coordinate technical follow-up of projects with the maison’s internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ensure successful production ramp-ups, monitoring qualitative, quantitative and economic KPIs at start of manufacture.
- Work with Supply Chain, Legal and Marketing to ensure final pack prerequisites are met (regulatory, ecological and industry standards).
- Support product launch activities and liaise closely with Operations, Legal and Marketing teams to translate marketing briefs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bac+5 level engineering or master’s programme, ideally specialised in Packaging, Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Curious, autonomous and proactive with the ability to take initiative and propose improvements.
- Practical aptitude for making mock-ups and prototypes and a keen interest in creative execution.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Position open to candidates with disabilities.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students seeking an apprenticeship. Previous internships or academic project experience in packaging, materials or mechanical design is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bac+5 (engineering school or master) in Packaging, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
