Role & Responsibilities

• Define, optimize and evolve the structure of master data for products, suppliers and customers, ensuring logical and consistent classification.
• Ensure relevant, seamless distribution of data to internal stakeholders, markets and other involved parties.
• Implement improvements to optimize the quality, efficiency and compliance of data management processes.
• Maintain and update training materials and resources on the use of Master Data.
• Ensure required data is available in strict accordance with product development schedules and milestones.
• Apply and enforce rules and standards governing article creation.
• Ensure the accuracy, uniqueness and completeness of regulatory, logistics and commercial data.
• Actively safeguard Master Data integrity across all systems and ERP environments.
• Coordinate regular analyses to detect anomalies, identify inconsistencies, and propose and implement corrective actions.
• Provide operational support to business teams in cleaning and properly managing databases.
• Act as the business Key User for systems and interfaces used to maintain Master Data across the supply chain and different functions.
• Ensure smooth communication between business teams, IT and developers to facilitate incident resolution and tool development.

Qualifications

• Higher education at master’s level (Bac+5) in engineering, business, supply chain, data management or an equivalent field.
• Initial experience in master data management, supply chain or operations, ideally in an international environment.
• Proficiency in ERP environments; knowledge of a major ERP such as SAP is a valuable asset.
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, tools such as Power Apps and RPA is a plus.
• Demonstrates exceptional rigor, strong attention to detail and the ability to methodically handle large volumes of data.
• Strong interpersonal and service skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to business stakeholders.
• Curious, autonomous and adaptable, with the ability to structure cross-functional processes and communicate them effectively.
• Fluent French and English for work in a multicultural environment.
