Maison Francis Kurkdjian is seeking a Master Data Assistant to support Master Data optimisation, Power BI reporting and Supply Chain continuous improvement. The six-month, full-time internship is scheduled to begin in February or March 2027 and is based in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse current Master Data management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Propose and implement tools to facilitate data processing and management.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of information recorded in Master Data.
- Train and support users in adopting new tools and processes related to SAP and Master Data.
- Develop procedures and best practices for maintaining Master Data in SAP.
- Maintain the continuity and reliability of Power BI reports, adapting them to data changes resulting from the transition to SAP.
- Audit existing dashboards and propose improvements to their performance and clarity.
- Support the department’s continuous improvement projects and help structure processes.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business school, engineering school, or university master’s programme specialising in Supply Chain, Data Management, or Information Systems.
- Strong practical command of Excel, including common formulas and the processing and sorting of large databases.
- Foundational technical knowledge of Power BI, including understanding and updating dashboards.
- Strong interest in ERP systems; an initial introduction to or theoretical knowledge of the SAP environment is a significant advantage.
- Able to handle data accurately, audit complex files, and ensure the reliability of information.
- Able to formalise processes and write clear procedures.
- Strong teaching skills and interpersonal abilities to support change and train teams on new tools.
- Curious and proactive in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and optimising existing processes.
- Fluent English to work in an international environment.
