Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze current master data management processes and identify improvement opportunities within SAP environments
• Propose and implement tools to facilitate data treatment and governance, ensuring absolute reliability of master data
• Train and support end-users in adopting new tools, processes, and SAP-related workflows
• Develop procedures and best practices documentation for master data maintenance within SAP
• Ensure continuity and reliability of Power BI reports, adapting dashboards to reflect SAP data migrations
• Audit existing Power BI dashboards and recommend enhancements for performance and clarity
• Provide support to supply chain continuous improvement projects and process structuring initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or master's programme specializing in supply chain, data management, or information systems
• Advanced practical proficiency in Excel, including formula manipulation and large dataset processing
• Basic technical knowledge of Power BI, including ability to understand and update dashboards
• Strong interest in ERP systems; theoretical or hands-on experience with SAP highly valued
• Exceptional data handling precision with capacity to audit complex files and guarantee information reliability
• Ability to formalize processes and write clear, comprehensive procedures
• Demonstrated pedagogical skills and strong interpersonal capabilities for change management and team training
• Curiosity and proactive mindset for identifying continuous improvement opportunities
• Fluent English for operation in an international environment

Internship or entry-level role; no prior professional experience required. Academic background in supply chain, data management, or information systems is expected.

Education

Currently pursuing or recent graduate of a business school, engineering school, or specialized master's degree in supply chain management, data management, or information systems.
