Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and upselling on the Harrods counter.
- Deliver personalised, sensory-led fragrance consultations that communicate the creative intent behind each perfume and inspire client purchase.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exemplary clienteling, follow-up and loyalty-generation activities.
- Provide product demonstrations and confidently explain benefits, ingredients and usage to clients.
- Initiate and welcome customers on the counter, accurately identify client needs and tailor recommendations.
- Support merchandising and inventory management: monitor stock levels, report shortages and participate in visual presentation of the counter.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks required for counter activity, adhering to brand and host-store procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Area Manager, store management and head office teams; represent the brand with impeccable professionalism.
