Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Maison Francis Kurkdjian fragrances and confidently articulate product benefits to clients
- Proactively engage customers at counter, welcome them warmly, and identify individual fragrance preferences to propose tailored solutions
- Establish and nurture personal client relationships to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat purchases
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining awareness of key performance indicators
- Educate clients on the heritage, craftsmanship, and emotional resonance of Maison Francis Kurkdjian fragrances
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow Brand Ambassadors to elevate team performance and service standards
