Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercially viable trade marketing plans in collaboration with Commercial and Retail teams across all door types (flagships, strategic partnerships, new accounts)
  • Create bespoke cross-channel retail strategies grounded in market insights to enhance brand equity and drive measurable sales growth
  • Serve as primary analyst for market data (Circana, HAVAS), providing data-driven recommendations to internal teams and HQ to support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct monthly analysis of retailer performance metrics to proactively identify opportunities and adjust action plans for commercial success
  • Define, negotiate, and implement animation plans (promotional sites, in-store visibility, POSM, events, in-store media) that drive consumer engagement while meeting ROI targets
  • Lead reporting and communication of performance analytics across stakeholders to measure marketing initiative success and inform future strategy by point of sale
  • Oversee budget allocation across Funds Given to Trade, Media, and POSM to ensure optimal commercial impact
  • Manage monthly POSM forecasting, inbound/outbound logistics, and allocation to stores for operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Finance to conduct ROI analysis for each marketing activity, comparing investment against sell-out performance
  • Support direct-to-consumer initiatives while protecting the Maison's selective distribution model
  • Leverage strong stakeholder relationships with retailers, LVMH group partners, and HAVAS to position Maison Francis Kurkdjian as a strategic partner
  • Negotiate retailer rate cards and in-store visibility to favorably influence competitive positioning and internal stakeholder support

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with strong analytical capability
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proven project management and organizational abilities
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
