Role & Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and operational purchasing tasks: create and update purchasing data in the ERP (articles, suppliers, standard prices).
• Manage purchase orders (PO): issue POs, chase suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery adherence.
• Maintain supplier pricing and handle disputes related to price, lead times and quantities.
• Support purchasing reporting: prepare tracking tables and KPIs for the Procurement team.
• Participate in end-to-end project purchasing (brief → sourcing → industrialisation) for raw materials, packaging and subcontracting.
• Identify and source new suppliers; launch RFQs and analyse proposals on price, quality, lead-times and CSR criteria.
• Contribute to negotiations and follow product development with internal stakeholders (marketing, packaging development, quality).
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, OTIF) and support continuous improvement plans and supplier audits.
• Support supplier panel rationalisation, spend analysis and identification of cost optimisation levers.
• Maintain market watch on materials, packaging innovations and sustainability trends; help implement purchasing best practices.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or holding a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) in business, engineering or a procurement/supply-chain specialisation.
• Highly organised, rigorous and analytically minded.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external suppliers.
• Genuine interest in luxury goods, cosmetics and packaging.
• Professional level of English.

Experience

Entry-level / apprenticeship position. Suitable for early-career candidates; prior internships in purchasing, procurement or supply chain are an advantage.

Education

Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, procurement or supply-chain discipline (or currently enrolled in such a programme).
