Maison Francis Kurkdjian is seeking an International Digital Training Assistant to support digital learning content, training materials, events and training analysis. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Paris, starting in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create and update content on the Learning App.
- Monitor progress on the Learning App.
- Maintain an accurate database to support KPI optimisation.
- Coordinate the creation of educational tools, such as masterclass cards, with internal and external service providers.
- Track the rollout of tools to service providers.
- Contribute to the creation of retail and/or education events.
- Brainstorm ideas, research service providers and organise events.
- Organise training sessions, including room bookings, preparing and sending packages, and managing gifting.
- Update and monitor the training reporting dashboard, including schedules, attendance and qualitative feedback.
- Take on different projects as proficiency in the role develops.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification from a university, business school, ISIPCA or equivalent.
- An affinity for luxury products and operational excellence.
- Fluent English.
- Very good command of PowerPoint, Excel and digital tools.
- Proactivity, flexibility, responsiveness and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisation, rigour, autonomy and attention to detail.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
- A strong ability to adapt to a demanding pace of work and varied assignments.
