Maison Francis Kurkdjian is seeking an International Digital Learning Assistant to support digital learning content, training materials, retail and education events, and training analysis. This full-time, six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is based in Paris, with hybrid working.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create and update content on the Learning App.
- Track learner progress on the Learning App.
- Maintain an accurate database to support KPI optimisation.
- Coordinate the creation of educational tools, including masterclass cards, with internal and external providers.
- Monitor the deployment of tools to providers.
- Contribute to the creation of retail and/or education events.
- Brainstorm event concepts, research providers and organise events.
- Organise training sessions, including room bookings, preparing and sending parcels, and managing gifting.
- Update and monitor the training reporting tracker, covering schedules, participation and qualitative feedback.
- Take on different projects as proficiency in the role develops.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification from a university, business school, ISIPCA or equivalent.
- Sensitivity to luxury products and operational excellence.
- Fluent English.
- Very good command of PowerPoint, Excel and digital tools.
- Proactive, flexible and responsive, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Organised, rigorous and autonomous, with a strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Strong adaptability to demanding work rhythms and a varied range of assignments.
