Role & Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor monthly and quarterly internal control procedures; conduct testing to verify proper application and group alignment
• Participate in audit missions including expense reviews, physical inventory counts, and stock valuations across departments and boutiques
• Contribute to the group's self-assessment campaign and develop the Maison's internal control plan
• Update and communicate new internal procedures; raise awareness among employees and implement corrective action plans
• Monitor and reconcile inventory management across services
• Support implementation and review of ethical and regulatory frameworks (SAPIN II, Third Party Due Diligence, CSRD)
• Manage supplier communications and ensure compliance with group ethical standards
• Execute awareness campaigns on risks and procedures; communicate process changes clearly to staff
• Track and manage gifts and invitation declarations; promote best practices
• Present progress and action plans to the Finance Directorate

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent) with specialization in Finance, Financial Control, or Management Control
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Operational English language skills
• First experience in internal audit, external audit, internal controls, or management control is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all company departments

Skills

Experience

Entry-level; first professional experience in audit, internal control, or financial control is appreciated. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, autonomy, organizational rigor, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Education

Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent discipline with specialization in Finance, Financial Control, or Management Control.
