Maison Francis Kurkdjian seeks Intern, Digital Learning & Training (Paris, Jan 2027). Support luxury perfume maison's retail education initiatives in 6-month hybrid internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create and maintain digital learning content on the Learning App, monitoring user progression and ensuring data accuracy for KPI optimization
- Coordinate the development of pedagogical tools and masterclass materials with internal and external partners, overseeing deployment to retail partners
- Participate in conceptualization and execution of retail and educational events, including venue coordination, logistics, and gifting management
- Prepare and maintain training reporting dashboards to track planning, attendance, and qualitative feedback
- Support project evolution across diverse initiatives as competency develops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or equivalent (ISIPCA or similar institution preferred)
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury products and operational excellence
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools
- Strong organizational and attention to detail with excellent time management across simultaneous projects

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required.
Education
Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in business, commerce, hospitality management, or equivalent discipline from a university or business school. ISIPCA or similar luxury/beauty-focused institutions strongly preferred.
