Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Paris – 6-month HR recruitment internship starting January 2027. Support talent acquisition and university relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Publish recruitment job postings and screen CVs for intern and apprentice candidates
- Conduct pre-selection telephone interviews and full recruitment interviews with detailed candidate debrief assessments
- Track and manage candidate applications throughout the recruitment pipeline
- Develop and strengthen relationships with target schools and alumni networks
- Organize and participate in school events and recruitment initiatives
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Oversee onboarding processes for interns and apprentices
- Organize professional development activities including CV workshops, interview preparation, career discovery sessions, and ecosystem immersion events
- Support HR brand and culture development projects relating to employer positioning and employee experience
Qualifications
- Background in HR with generalist training
- Minimum one prior experience in a recruitment role
- Fluent English speaker
- Passion for the luxury and perfumery sectors
