Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and coordination of the training plan in collaboration with headquarters HR teams, French Retail operations, and line managers
• Manage training programme logistics including scheduling, facilitating trainer and participant coordination, equipment setup, and venue reservations
• Conduct post-training survey analysis and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement of learning initiatives
• Contribute to training communications strategy to enhance visibility and uptake of learning offerings
• Actively participate in integrating new employees across all contract types (permanent, internship, apprenticeship, observation), ensuring continuous improvement of onboarding processes and materials
• Manage onboarding module logistics including invitations, welcome materials, and participant coordination
• Propose and implement innovative enhancements to the integration experience and campus populations programmes (workshop facilitation, content development, benchmarking)
• Provide transversal support to HR development projects including engagement surveys and career development culture initiatives
• Propose and implement action plans aligned with the Maison's Diversity, Inclusion, and Quality of Life at Work strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Conduct competitive intelligence on innovative HR development practices and propose relevant initiatives to enhance overall employee experience

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, business school, university, or equivalent
• First professional experience or strong demonstrated interest in HR development, training, or diversity and inclusion
• Fluent English language skills
• Advanced proficiency with standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms
