Maison Francis Kurkdjian in Paris seeks an HR Development Project Assistant (Intern) to support training, onboarding and D&I initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment and monitoring of the global training plan in coordination with corporate HR teams and managers.
- Draft and implement communications to promote the training catalogue and increase engagement.
- Manage training logistics: scheduling, venue and equipment reservations, and day-of coordination for trainers and participants.
- Collect, analyse and report on post-training feedback to drive continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and continuous optimisation of the onboarding experience: update materials, coordinate stakeholders, manage invitations and welcome kits.
- Propose enhancements to onboarding content, formats and overall newcomer experience to align with the Maison’s identity.
- Support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives by contributing to action plans and campaigns (e.g., non-discrimination, International Women’s Day, Pride Month, accessibility and workplace wellbeing).
- Conduct competitive benchmarking of innovative HR and employee-experience practices and propose relevant initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in human resources, business school, university or equivalent.
- First internship experience or demonstrable strong interest in HR development, learning & development or Diversity & Inclusion.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong organisational rigour, autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- High adaptability, curiosity and genuine interest in the luxury and perfume sector.
