Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) on day-to-day HR activities and annual HR campaigns, including organising events and preparing communication materials and presentations.
- Contribute to organisational projects: prepare presentation materials, update organisational charts in HR systems and draft arrival/mobility/organisation notes.
- Assist social relations activities: prepare CSE meeting materials (convocations, agendas, presentations), review minutes and follow up on action points.
- Support maintenance and update of the Document Unique d’Évaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP) and participate in collective and individual labour law monitoring.
- Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities: perform market trend monitoring and internal benchmarking, and assist communication on C&B schemes.
- Participate in SIRH projects and deployments (Core RH, Pilotage RH): update and maintain HR data, create employee identifiers and manage system records.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes: welcome new hires, manage integration checkpoints, administrative formalities and IT equipment requests; support exit formalities.
- Organise occupational health appointments and manage related administrative follow-up (invitations, attestations).
- Produce and update internal HR communication documents, procedural notes and ensure administrative follow-up of HR correspondence and archival in accordance with RGPD.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a HR programme, business school or university degree relevant to human resources.
- First successful professional experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship) required.
- Professional level of English desirable.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality; strong organisational rigor and attention to detail.
- Autonomy, initiative, curiosity and a mindset for continuous improvement in evolving processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable with digital tools.

Entry-level: a first internship or apprenticeship placement in a human resources environment is expected; practical exposure to HR administration, social relations or SIRH projects preferred.
Education
Enrolled in a degree in Human Resources, Business School or equivalent.
