Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian fragrances, evoking emotional responses to inspire new clientele
- Pro-actively initiate contact with customers and welcome them to the counter, identifying and reformulating client needs to recommend appropriate products
- Develop personal client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Achieve or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow Luxury Brand Ambassadors
- Monitor stock levels, conduct merchandise management activities, and report any issues to the Account Manager
- Maintain impeccable presentation and embody the elegance and sophistication associated with the Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand
- Adhere to company policies and store procedures, conducting all operational and administrative tasks as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or premium beauty sales experience

Education
