Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales by achieving and exceeding designated targets while maintaining awareness of key performance indicators
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Maison Francis Kurkdjian fragrance products and provide consultation to clients on scent selection and product benefits
- Initiate customer engagement, welcome clients to the counter, and identify and reformulate client needs to drive personalized recommendations
- Develop and cultivate personal relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Luxury Brand Ambassadors
- Participate in merchandise management and monitor stock levels, reporting any discrepancies to the Account Manager
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks while adhering to company policies and store procedures
- Represent the brand with accountability and professional integrity in all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, fragrance sales, or high-end customer service
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong fragrance knowledge or proven ability to rapidly develop product expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate fragrance narratives and evoke emotional responses
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Tenacious and results-oriented approach to business development
