Flagship Area Manager at Maison Francis Kurkdjian & Acqua di Parma, London. Lead retail and wholesale sales across luxury counters and locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve gross sales targets across wholesale and retail channels, including specific launch objectives for independent stores
- Manage and develop beauty consultant team members, setting retail, stock, and productivity targets aligned with company budgetary requirements
- Prepare, implement and monitor business plans for all flagship locations to achieve retail targets including key launch initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and store-employed beauty advisors to achieve performance targets
- Ensure correct inventory levels and appropriate product assortment of new launches and core range across all assigned doors
- Implement launch strategies in line with marketing calendars, negotiating promotional activity and in-store placements at retail level
- Assist in forecasting sales, risk assessment, and allocation of permanent and temporary staffing budgets
- Review distribution strategy and recommend store openings, closures, and optimization opportunities to senior leadership
- Monitor adherence to Acqua di Parma selling methods, merchandising standards, and personal grooming requirements
- Ensure all recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary procedures follow company guidelines
- Act as brand ambassador and communicate brand values and marketing initiatives effectively to store teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail sector experience
- Genuine affinity with the luxury goods industry
- Proven experience managing beauty consultants and key account relationships
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to recruit talent and secure in-store space and promotional opportunities
- Results-driven approach with proven sales target achievement
- Competent IT skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office
