Role & Responsibilities

• Track and manage budgets by cost centre in coordination with HR and operational teams, verifying data accuracy and analyzing variances
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets through data collection, analysis, and corrective action proposals
• Support periodic financial closures at monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals in compliance with internal reporting deadlines and LVMH group requirements
• Assist in SAP data entry and reconciliation following period-end closures to ensure accurate budget tracking
• Prepare management reports and analyses, including profit and loss statements by retail location and accounting reconciliations
• Develop Business Review materials including sales analysis by region and financial mapping tables
• Identify manual and inefficient processes within management accounting workflows and propose automation solutions
• Document and support implementation of new procedures to enhance reporting reliability and accelerate data processing

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (business school, engineering school, or equivalent) pursuing a specialization in Finance, Financial Control, or Management Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with comfort working with numerical data
• Operational-level English language skills
• Demonstrated interest in information systems and process automation

Entry-level; the candidate should be in a final-year or gap-year Master's programme with foundational understanding of financial controls and budgeting principles.

Education

Master's degree in progress (business school, engineering school, or equivalent) with specialization in Finance, Financial Control, or Management Accounting.
