Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Maison Francis Kurkdjian's environmental performance metrics against the LIFE360 (LVMH Initiatives for the Environment) action plan, including tracking certifications such as FSC, RSPO, and ASI
• Conduct responsible purchasing audits, collect and verify supplier certifications, and prepare annual reporting dashboards aligned with LVMH objectives, working in coordination with marketing and procurement teams
• Collect and analyze data from all departments to support carbon footprint assessments and track decarbonization trajectory
• Contribute to Maison certification and labeling initiatives such as Life in Architecture and support regulatory compliance monitoring
• Conduct lifecycle analysis (LCA) simulations using SaaS tools to support eco-design projects and decarbonization efforts, focusing on visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and finished products
• Support regulatory compliance and monitoring of emerging regulations (PPWR, ESPR, AGEC) concerning recyclability, environmental labeling harmonization, and packaging minimization
• Develop circular economy service and project proposals including refill programs, product reuse, and second-life initiatives
• Organize and coordinate the annual Employee Engagement Day involving approximately 100 colleagues
• Participate in the CSR Engagement Committee to mobilize CSR ambassadors and promote sustainability objectives throughout the Maison and its subsidiary entities
• Present CSR initiatives, achievements, and results to other departments to ensure transparency and interdepartmental collaboration

Qualifications

• Enrolled in second-year studies in environmental science, sustainable development, or CSR (from a business school, university, or equivalent institution)
• Minimum of six months prior internship experience in environmental or sustainability-related projects
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Demonstrated genuine passion for environmental and societal challenges
• Advanced proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
• Proficiency with communication and content creation tools for strategic presentations and internal communications
• Project management and event coordination capabilities including scheduling, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to analyze data, conduct benchmarking, and contribute to institutional reporting with focus on sustainable development issues

Education

Currently enrolled in second-year studies in environmental science, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, or equivalent discipline (business school, university, or accredited institution).
