Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the optimal assortment by point of sale and market, integrating Travel Retail specificities, market trends and logistical constraints.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from launch to replenishment and delisting, proposing range rationalisations and introductions to maximise commercial performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and product allocations in coordination with Supply Chain to ensure appropriate stock distribution.
  • Monitor commercial KPIs (sell‑in, sell‑out, sell‑through) by client, market and category; analyse variances and recommend corrective levers.
  • Produce monthly performance reporting for commercial leadership and relevant teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal LVMH Travel Retail teams and external clients to align assortment strategy and respond to market needs.
  • Act as liaison with Training to deliver product argumentaires, VM guidelines and commercial tools to sales teams and Beauty Advisors.
  • Ensure retail excellence standards and impeccable visual merchandising across Travel Retail points of sale.
  • Oversee budget monitoring and invoicing related to Travel Retail Beauty Consultants.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in commercial, trade marketing or merchandising functions, preferably within Travel Retail and multicultural international environments.
  • Proven track record in assortment planning, forecasting and product lifecycle management.
  • Advanced analytical and synthesis capabilities with a data‑driven approach to commercial decision making.
  • Fluent professional command of French and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work transversally across commercial, supply chain and training teams.
