Maison Francis Kurkdjian is seeking a Business and Pricing Analyst Assistant intern to support country-level pricing strategy, annual price increases, new-product pricing and pricing analysis across markets. The full-time, six-month internship is based in Paris and starts in March 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and monitoring of country-level pricing strategies to inform strategic decisions on price positioning, assortment definition and sales forecasting.
- Coordinate annual price increases and set local-currency prices for new products in collaboration with area managers and subsidiaries, including competitor analysis, strategy communication and assessment of local and regional considerations.
- Monitor competitors and price ladders for niche fragrances in the Maison’s priority markets.
- Build Power BI dashboards to analyse price positioning by country and product, as well as price corridors between markets.
- Collaborate with development teams to position innovations and adapt prices across currencies.
- Work with sales teams at headquarters and in subsidiaries to prepare price lists for retailers.
- Analyse pricing in relation to sales, volumes, distribution and competition.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing higher education at Bac +4/5 level or above in a business school, engineering school or equivalent programme.
- Excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables; VBA is an asset.
- Knowledge of data visualisation and business intelligence tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
- Rigorous, organised, analytical and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a team and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong interest in the luxury and fragrance sectors.
- Fluent English is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language is an asset.
- Autonomous and proactive, with analytical and synthesis skills, a results orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
