Maison Francis Kurkdjian seeks a Boutique Manager for its Shanghai boutique to lead sales, operations, and brand experience delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique team to achieve sales targets and key business indicators, supported by rigorous analysis of sales performance and customer data
- Develop and implement actionable strategies to enhance transaction value and conversion rates
- Oversee daily store operations and inventory management whilst ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with shopping mall management and strategic partners
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand service standards and exceptional customer experience aligned with Maison Francis Kurkdjian's heritage

Qualifications
