Role & Responsibilities
- Direct the execution of sales activities to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales goals, holding boutique team accountable for sales and IPT targets
- Complete weekly business recaps for Account Executive and Sales Director team, tracking daily business activity including sales, samples, and stock
- Plan, organize, staff, and execute special events; partner with Senior Regional Account Executive and Training Manager to schedule and conduct in-store trainings and product launch meetings
- Maintain impeccable and luxurious brand image by monitoring product merchandising, staff presentation, counter cleanliness, and organization
- Equip boutique staff with tools and knowledge for daily business management, including smart sampling techniques, wrapping ceremonies, and the art of gifting
- Monitor business performance and analyze results to identify growth opportunities and CRM potential, communicating insights to Regional Account Executive and Regional Sales Director on trends and boutique needs
- Maintain excellent customer relations by providing outstanding service, ensuring all clients are placed in the CRM system, and monitoring team follow-up activities
- Monitor sales diversification and performance against North America expectations, identifying underperforming items and categories
- Develop professional expertise in MFK business procedures, product knowledge, and selling efficiency; complete 100% of MFK Backstage training app courses
- Execute store alarm calls and provide access to maintenance and contract workers prior to store opening
- Manage boutique operations including monthly and quarterly inventory, quarterly visual merchandising changes, monthly schedule creation for Account Executive approval, and daily POS management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience in a boutique or freestanding store environment
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Training Manager
- Deep passion for Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand and its values, with ability to convey this passion to team and clients
- Empathetic, positive, results-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing, collaborative teams
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Proven ability to network and build partnerships across organizational levels
