Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate execution of sales activities and hold boutique team accountable for sales and In-Purchase Target goals to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual targets
- Prepare weekly business recaps for Account Executive and Sales Director team
- Plan, organize, staff, and execute special events; partner with Senior Regional Account Executive and Training Manager to schedule and execute in-store trainings and morning meetings for launches, promotions, and brand focuses
- Maintain impeccable and luxurious brand image by monitoring product merchandising, staff presentation, counter cleanliness, and boutique organization
- Supply boutique staff with tools, resources, and training necessary for daily operations, including smart sampling techniques, wrapping ceremonies, and the art of gifting
- Monitor business performance and analyze results to identify growth opportunities and CRM opportunities; communicate insights on business trends and boutique needs to Regional Account Executive and Regional Sales Director
- Maintain exceptional customer relations by providing outstanding service; ensure every client is entered into the CRM system and monitor team follow-up
- Track daily business activity including sales, samples, and stock; monitor sales diversification to align with North American expectations and identify underperforming product categories
- Develop and maintain professional expertise in Francis Kurkdjian business procedures, product knowledge, and selling efficiency
- Consistently utilize MFK Backstage training app, ensuring all courses are completed at 100%
- Manage store alarm responses, maintenance coordination, and staff presence prior to store opening
- Execute operational management of the boutique, including monthly and quarterly inventory audits, quarterly visual change-outs, repair request coordination, monthly staff scheduling for Account Executive approval, and daily POS management and inventory communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience in a boutique or freestanding store environment
- Prior experience in a Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Training Manager role
- Demonstrated passion for the Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand and its values, with ability to communicate this passion to both team and clients
- Strong team player and effective communicator with experience recruiting and building high-performing, collaborative teams
- Demonstrated ability to network and build partnerships across all organizational levels
- Resourceful with strong analytical skills for proactive problem-solving and continuous store management improvement
- Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality of business and counter-level information
