Beauty Advisor at Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Costa Mesa – LVMH luxury fragrance boutique role with $30–$32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and team sales objectives to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales and IPT goals
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty using CRM and clientele tools
- Provide outstanding customer service, maintain excellent client relations, and ensure every client is entered into the CRM system
- Master brand storytelling and product knowledge through dedicated training programs and the MFK Backstage training app, completing all courses at 100%
- Execute impeccable product merchandising, counter presentation, cleanliness, and organization to maintain the Maison's luxurious brand image
- Follow the Maison's selling ceremony standards, including smart sampling, wrapping ceremonies, and the art of gifting
- Execute successful events in partnership with the team, creating unique client experiences while achieving booking and volume goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales experience
- Prior experience as a Client Advisor or Brand Ambassador
- Passionate about Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand and its values
- Empathetic, positive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to network across all relevant levels
- Team player with a can-do attitude and strong listening skills
- Ability to understand and maintain business confidentiality

Experience
Minimum 3 years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales, with prior experience as a Client Advisor or Brand Ambassador in the luxury beauty sector.
