Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor fragrance development projects through all stages, coordinating with internal teams including laboratory, marketing, creative studio, and external partners
• Create and maintain tracking files and databases including olfactory mappings, fragrance families, olfactory pyramids, competitive benchmarks, and ingredient documentation
• Prepare and oversee olfactory evaluation committees, organizing sessions, consolidating feedback, and synthesizing collective assessments
• Analyze fragrance performance metrics through testing, customer feedback, consumer reviews, and longevity assessments
• Conduct competitive research through trend analysis, field visits to boutiques, monitoring sector innovations and new product launches
• Develop presentations and reports synthesizing market research, benchmarking studies, and competitive findings for stakeholder review
• Maintain and structure documentary databases covering ingredients, INCI nomenclature, product claims, CSR considerations, and collection mappings
• Contribute to the creation of materials for internal and external masterclasses, workshops, product launches, and events
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, laboratory, and creative departments to ensure information flow and project tracking
• Support laboratory teams in selected development and reformulation stages as needed
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities for existing tracking tools and workflows

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program, business school, ISIPCA, École du Parfum, or equivalent institution
• Specialization in finance, management control, or business administration
• Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury products and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Operational command of English

Entry-level; candidates should demonstrate initial exposure to project management or business environments, with a keen interest in the fragrance and luxury sectors.

Education

Currently enrolled in higher education (business school, ISIPCA, École du Parfum, or equivalent) with specialization in finance, management control, or business administration.
