Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage laboratory operational logistics: supplier orders, stock monitoring for raw materials, alcohol and consumables, and sourcing new materials.
  • Control olfactory conformity of incoming raw materials and maintain storage conditions and sampling best practices.
  • Maintain availability of consumables (vials, pipettes, glassware), ensure laboratory order and functionality, and guarantee quality of concentrates delivered to perfumers.
  • Administer sampling requests and prepare concentrates for internal stakeholders (Creation Studio, Training, Events, Marketing).
  • Coordinate laboratory order follow-up and logistics for samples, alcohol and laboratory consumables.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in perfumery, cosmetics, aromas, or equivalent (baccalaureate in bio-industrie de transformation acceptable).
  • Minimum three years' proven experience as an assistant perfumer or in a recognized fragrance laboratory.
  • Acute olfactory acuity and strong practical competence in fragrance composition workflows.
