Role & Responsibilities

  • Support perfumers in the preparation and execution of fragrance formulas for new creations, reformulations and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform precise weighings and prepare applications across multiple formats (alcoholic perfumes, candles, shower gels, creams, etc.).
  • Contribute to technical follow-up of formulas, including stability studies, compatibility and solubility testing.
  • Execute and assist with instrumental analyses (Sun-test, ovens, spectrophotometer) and related laboratory trials.
  • Manage operational laboratory tasks: monitor stocks, prepare orders for raw materials and consumables, and participate in sourcing.
  • Assist with dilutions, conservation monitoring and olfactory conformity checks of incoming raw materials.
  • Maintain laboratory functionality and availability of consumables (vials, pipettes, glassware) and ensure good sampling and storage practices.
  • Support management and archiving of concentrate collections and preparation of sample requests for internal departments (Creation Studio, Training, Events, Marketing).
  • Contribute to routine order tracking and logistical coordination with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Student enrolled in or preparing a higher diploma in perfumery, or candidate with a scientific background (chemistry, bio-industries) with strong interest in perfumery.
  • Theoretical knowledge of fragrance raw materials and good laboratory practices.
  • High degree of precision and manual dexterity necessary for accurate weighing and sample preparation.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn within an agile, creative laboratory environment.
  • Proficiency with general IT tools and office software; fluent written and spoken French and English.
