Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Paris: six-month arts & culture project internship supporting exhibitions, archives, and cultural programming.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Maison Francis Kurkdjian's participation in upcoming institutional events for the Comité Colbert and LVMH Group, including operational tracking, production of event materials, and centralization of communications
  • Provide support for exhibitions, patronage projects, and cultural collaborations across France and internationally
  • Conduct meticulous review of a database comprising approximately 2,000 heritage inventory records and maintain an evolving database and photo library documenting the Maison's archives
  • Perform historical research, prepare product documentation, and make heritage objects available to internal departments including Marketing and Design Studio upon request
  • Propose and coordinate temporary presentations of heritage items within the headquarters and retail locations to enhance visibility of the Maison's archives
  • Author a monthly cultural newsletter highlighting curated cultural events, films, books, and podcasts aligned with the Maison's artistic inspirations for internal staff circulation
  • Provide operational support and coordination for internal communications events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in art history, cultural management, or related discipline from institutions such as the École du Louvre, Institut d'Études Politiques, or specialized schools in cultural management
  • Demonstrated strong interest and cultural knowledge in the arts
  • Proficiency with museum database software and standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Written and spoken English fluency
