Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide support for ongoing artistic and cultural projects, including coordination of Maison Francis Kurkdjian's participation in institutional events by Comité Colbert and LVMH Group.
  • Assist with exhibition and sponsorship projects both in France and internationally.
  • Manage and enhance the Maison's heritage archives, including meticulous review and regular updates of inventory databases and photo libraries.
  • Conduct historical research, create product sheets, and provide heritage objects upon request from various departments.
  • Propose temporary presentations of heritage items at the headquarters and retail locations.
  • Draft a monthly cultural newsletter highlighting cultural events, films, books, and podcasts related to the Maison's artistic inspirations.
  • Offer occasional support for internal communication events, including operational follow-up and production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art History, Cultural Management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing skills and a keen sense of execution quality.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with museum database software. Strong general cultural knowledge and a passion for the arts. Ability to anticipate and organize effectively.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art History, Cultural Management, or related fields.
