Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed account sales targets set by the Area Manager and communicate objectives to the in-store team.
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver consistent, personalised luxury service and meet individual and counter KPIs.
- Provide expert fragrance recommendations and storytelling to engage clients and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate training activities with the Retail Trainer to ensure product knowledge and service standards are maintained.
- Manage visual merchandising and ensure the counter is immaculate and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Oversee stock processes including replenishment, unpacking deliveries, stock-taking, recording damages and till procedures.
- Compile sales analysis and complete required operational and administrative account management tasks.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with host store management and LVMH Head Office; support recruitment, probation reviews and performance appraisals.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail with strong sales results.
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and developing retail teams.
- Excellent selling, clienteling and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Commercial awareness and ability to analyse sales performance and KPIs.
- Professional presentation and adherence to grooming and brand standards.
- Proactive, adaptable decision-maker with problem-solving aptitude.
- Good computer and analytical skills; comfortable using on-counter retail technology.
