Ferrari Sales Analyst role in Englewood Cliffs, NJ; manage dealer incentives, analyze sales KPIs, and drive business performance through data analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage dealer incentive and bonus programs, including scheme validation, performance analysis, calculation, payment reconciliation, and optimization recommendations
- Monitor and analyze dealer and network performance through key sales KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and commercial opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to regional managers to improve dealer and commercial performance, identifying underperformance and growth opportunities
- Support sales performance initiatives and special sales campaigns by analyzing effectiveness, measuring business impact, and translating insights into recommendations
- Support sales allocation and order planning processes, managing market optimization, Special Series distribution, volume tracking, and dealer engagement
- Automate recurring reporting processes and improve overall reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and support to sales and regional teams as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling, and complex analytical tools
- Proficiency in Power BI and business intelligence reporting tools
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions
- Experience managing large datasets and ensuring data quality
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related field. Experience working in analytics departments within the automotive industry is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is considered advantageous.
