Ferrari seeks a Retail Pop-Up and Training Manager based in Soho, New York, to lead pop-up activations across the United States and deliver local retail training. The role manages on-site store operations, client engagement, commercial performance, event logistics, and field coaching, with up to 80% travel, including overnight travel, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Ferrari pop-up stores and experiential activations, from concept development through on-site operations.
- Manage day-to-day pop-up operations as the on-site Store Manager, including team management, client engagement, sales performance, inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with Ferrari brand standards.
- Drive commercial performance through events and experiential programs that support revenue growth, client acquisition, CRM development, client retention, and overall retail performance.
- Develop and implement Ferrari experiences and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility, strengthen client loyalty, and expand Ferrari Lifestyle’s presence in luxury and lifestyle communities.
- Manage activation operations and logistics, including budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, venues, staffing, travel arrangements, hospitality services, production, company-policy compliance, and safety standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, luxury partners, influencers, and key stakeholders, delivering service in line with Ferrari’s luxury service philosophy and supporting long-term business growth.
- Evaluate activation performance using attendance, CRM engagement, client acquisition, sales conversion, revenue impact, and return-on-investment metrics; provide post-activation insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with the Global Retail Training Manager and Headquarters teams to coordinate and deliver local training on product knowledge, clienteling, luxury selling techniques, onboarding, and service standards across the retail network.
- Coach and support retail teams in the field through store visits, reinforcement of training programs, identification of development opportunities, and promotion of continuous learning and brand excellence.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Marketing, Hospitality, Business Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or experiential event management.
- Experience planning luxury events, VIP experiences, retail activations, or brand experiences.
- Experience managing multiple events simultaneously across multiple locations.
- Experience working with international luxury brands is highly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, with up to 80% travel, including overnight travel, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for luxury fashion, hospitality, automotive culture, and experiential brand marketing.
