Ferrari seeks a Retail Marketing Manager to activate regional marketing strategy across its retail network, lead prospect acquisition and partnerships, and coordinate initiatives with regional teams, Retail Partners and cross-functional teams. The role is based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey; international travel may be required up to twice a year.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of regional marketing plans across the retail network and serve as the primary Marketing contact for Regional Marketing Managers.
- Translate central marketing priorities into actionable local-market guidelines so Retail Partners can develop plans for centrally driven initiatives.
- Ensure timely, consistent retail execution of Tier 1 campaigns and other priority initiatives.
- Provide Regional Marketing Managers with tools, guidance and best practices to improve execution quality and business impact.
- Monitor regional adoption and execution of marketing initiatives, identify gaps and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Share successful activations, encourage knowledge exchange and identify ways to improve retail marketing effectiveness.
- Lead the development and execution of prospect-acquisition initiatives across the retail network, creating scalable frameworks for qualified lead generation and business growth.
- Identify, develop and manage strategic prospecting partnerships and communities that provide access to high-potential audiences.
- Design activation frameworks that use partnership opportunities to support customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Develop processes to connect qualified prospects generated through centralized brand experiences and engagement platforms with appropriate Retail Partners for local conversion and follow-up.
- Establish governance and ownership models with Regional Marketing Managers and Retail Partners to maximize commercial opportunities from customer-acquisition initiatives.
- Adapt and localize headquarters customer-acquisition strategies to local market dynamics and dealer opportunities, supporting sustainable growth.
- Work with the Customer Development team to use customer insights, CRM tools, lead-management processes and reporting capabilities for prospect acquisition and engagement.
- Consolidate qualitative feedback from the retail network on prospect engagement and emerging market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Events Team to make effective use of centralized event platforms and drive prospect engagement and acquisition opportunities.
- Partner with the Customer Development Team to use customer insights, CRM tools and reporting for prospecting; monitor KPIs, measure action effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Work with the Launch Manager to connect marketing opportunities with commercial priorities.
- Align central marketing priorities with local execution, maintaining brand objectives while addressing local market needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5–7 years of client development experience, including at least 3 years in luxury retail.
- Experience working with international brands in a corporate environment.
- Excellent clienteling and prospect-engagement strategy management.
- Very strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact meaningfully with executive management.
- Ability to represent Ferrari North America to Ferrari SpA with a sophisticated, polished presence.
- Knowledge of and ability to work with the latest website technologies and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, changing environment.
- International travel may be required up to twice a year.
