Ferrari Material Planner Intern, Maranello: manage supplier portfolios, procurement logistics, and production planning in this internship role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage supplier portfolio using MRP and SIC order systems
- Analyze monthly cycle counts for accounting and subcontracting warehouses
- Coordinate transportation logistics for supplier pickups between Ferrari facilities and tier suppliers
- Identify and monitor supply chain issues impacting vehicle production plans and liaise with relevant departments for resolution
- Verify supplier production capacity aligns with planned production ramp-up and daily peak requirements, particularly for OPT components
- Establish and communicate logistics parameters and delivery schedules for assigned suppliers
Qualifications
- Recent Master's graduate or current Master's student eligible for internship
- Background in Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline
- Prior internship or project experience in automotive or luxury sectors
- Analytical and target-oriented mindset with structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of role responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
- Fluent English proficiency

Experience
Prior work experience gained through internships or projects in automotive or luxury sectors, demonstrating understanding of business complexities and strong communicative abilities.
Education
Recent Master's degree or current Master's student in Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
