Ferrari is seeking a Lifestyle Marketing Intern to support marketing processes for its Lifestyle collections, including product launches, campaign coordination, marketing materials, events, and project follow-up. This internship is based in Milan and includes a monthly allowance and meal vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of product launches, aligning the relevant company functions.
  • Help update and manage the marketing calendar, gathering input from Merchandising, E-commerce, Communication, Media, and Retail teams.
  • Prepare marketing briefs for creative and content production teams, along with presentations, reports, and summary materials.
  • Monitor campaign development and ensure communication assets are distributed correctly across channels.
  • Participate in the organization and operational coordination of events, activations, and fashion shows related to the Lifestyle collections.
  • Follow up on activities, monitor project deadlines, and provide operational support during marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Recent Master’s graduate, current Master’s student eligible for an internship, or final-year student in Marketing or a similar field.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and innovative solutions.
  • Initial work experience through internships or projects, ideally in the automotive or luxury sectors.
  • Fluent English.

Skills

Analytical, target-oriented, and structured thinking. Strong communication, listening, and reasoning skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Adaptability and willingness to learn from the company culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

Experience

Initial work experience through internships or projects, ideally in the automotive or luxury sectors.

Education

Recent Master’s graduate, current Master’s student eligible for an internship, or final-year student in Marketing or a similar field.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
