Ferrari seeks HR Engagement Internship in Maranello, Italy. Support employee lifecycle management and engagement programs for manufacturing personnel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor engagement programs targeting manufacturing and blue-collar personnel
- Support HR Business Partners on employee lifecycle management activities
- Generate and maintain reports, KPI analysis, and performance monitoring dashboards
- Assist with data collection and analysis to inform HR operational decisions
- Coordinate communication initiatives aimed at enhancing employee participation and motivation
Qualifications
- Recent Master's degree graduate or current Master's student eligible for internship
- Background in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Previous internship or project experience in automotive or luxury sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent English proficiency
- Knowledge of Power BI considered advantageous

Experience
Prior internship or project experience in the automotive or luxury sectors is required to demonstrate understanding of business complexities and development of professional communication skills.
Education
Recent Master's degree graduate or current Master's student (eligible for internship) in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
