Ferrari Events Manager in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, leading luxury experiential marketing events and project production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize innovative, best-in-class Ferrari events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support brand exhibitions, product launches and tours, Ferrari Rallies, and driving programmes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, clarifying deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities for project teams.
  • Develop and manage event processes and event components, including concepts, décor, catering, entertainment, and logistics, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and negotiations, and develop proficiency in event logistics, operations, and formatting.
  • Manage multimillion-dollar events; open purchase orders, track payments, identify efficiencies and cost-saving alternatives, and verify vendor payments.
  • Research and stay current on relevant design, technology, industry standards, creative vendors and talent, and music.
  • Work with leadership to source and secure project resources within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the events industry and with relevant event vendors.
  • Manage production companies, agencies, and vendors to ensure alignment with Ferrari’s design direction, guidelines, strategy, brand, image, and budget.
  • Uphold and promote Ferrari brand ideals and corporate identity with industry vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years’ experience producing luxury events, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Belief in teamwork and a multidisciplinary approach, with the ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Passion for building brands and challenging the status quo, with cultural awareness to inform key concepts and emerging trends.
  • Outstanding creative skills and a forward-thinking, innovative approach.
  • Experience in creative strategy and project development, including operational plans and compelling presentations.
  • Strong drive for excellent execution and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and comfort navigating uncertainty while continuing to set challenging objectives and goals.
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 30% of the time, including weekends, and work extended hours based on event needs.
