Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, developing the business.
- Demonstrate in-depth merchandise knowledge and develop product knowledge among selling staff.
- Build a network of contacts who influence local and international luxury business to promote customer loyalty, particularly among VICs and VIPs.
- Identify sales opportunities through events, activations and collaborations with luxury hotels, fine restaurants, fashion outlets, personal and private stylists, and other potential partners.
- Work with corporate teams and individual stores to create and implement strategies to attract, retain and engage high-value clients.
- Track and analyze VIC initiative performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Organize and manage high-end events and experiences for VICs, ensuring a seamless and memorable brand experience.
- Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
- Partner with the Store Director and Associate Store Director on strategies to meet or exceed store sales targets.
- Use the brand’s Selling Ceremony guidelines and expectations to develop Ferrari service as a hallmark of luxury fashion, maintaining a grading of at least 85%.
- Lead by example by giving tailored advice, listening to customers’ expectations, answering requests and offering engaging, surprising wardrobe suggestions.
- Foster a team culture of clienteling and relationship-building to drive repeat client business, consignment and in-store activations.
- Resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively.
- Support the Associate Store Director and Store Director with staff training across the selling experience and responsibilities related to the role.
- Understand and properly execute all register functions related to the role.
- Maintain a neat and organized understock and stock room.
- Keep the selling floor neat, clean and organized, ensuring it reflects the correct visual image.
- Identify product concerns and communicate them promptly to Store Leadership.
- Communicate inventory needs to Store Leadership to support the business.
- Ensure presentation and wardrobe standards are professional, reflect the brand image and are consistently followed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of retail experience in luxury fashion is preferred.
- Experience working with international brands is a plus.
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact meaningfully with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Keen awareness of current fashion trends and sensibility for the luxury segment.
- Korean language skills are a plus.
