Ferrari is seeking an After-Sales Intern for its South Europe team in Maranello, starting in September 2026. The intern will support KPI reporting, customer satisfaction projects, vehicle repair-time monitoring, dealer network support, and forecasting across Italy and Southern Europe, under the supervision of After-Sales Managers. The internship includes a monthly allowance and daily complimentary access to the company restaurant.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create reports to monitor after-sales KPIs and support projects informed by analysis to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor vehicle repair times, maintain incident-related databases, and support the dealer network on after-sales topics.
- Support network forecasting to identify underperforming dealerships across Italy and other Southern European markets.
Qualifications
- Recent Master’s graduate, current Master’s student eligible for an internship, or final-year student in Business/Economics, Management Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Passion for automotive and innovative solutions.
- Initial work experience through internships or projects, ideally in the automotive or luxury sectors.
- Fluent English.
