Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the retail team to achieve national sales targets by analyzing performance across all locations and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and customers to maximize brand impact and business growth.
- Ensure exceptional execution of offline events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide leadership and support to counter staff, fostering skill enhancement and performance achievement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Leverage customer data for targeted campaigns, focusing on new user acquisition and increasing customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 6 years in retail operations with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
