Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the retail team to achieve national sales targets by analyzing performance across all locations and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and customers to maximize brand impact and business growth.
  • Ensure exceptional execution of offline events, product launches, and in-store activations.
  • Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide leadership and support to counter staff, fostering skill enhancement and performance achievement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Leverage customer data for targeted campaigns, focusing on new user acquisition and increasing customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. In-depth understanding of retail operations and inventory management. Analytical skills for report analysis and performance tracking. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and proficiency in English.

Experience

A minimum of 6 years in retail operations with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
