Role & Responsibilities
- Train and coach Sephora beauty advisors in stores.

- Sell in-store when needed.
- Support regional promotions and participate in national mega promotions.
- Conduct effective classroom training.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by store across approximately 15 assigned stores.
- Maintain the brand image and market ranking.
- Manage and maintain counters daily.
- Build and maintain good relationships with Sephora stores.
- Work closely with an external agency to ensure in-store execution and sales.
