Role & Responsibilities
- Set and implement a cohesive global omnichannel strategy aligned with Fendi’s brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Lead and integrate E‑commerce, CRM, Client Services, Omnichannel Operations and Omnichannel BI & Data functions to deliver seamless client journeys.
- Own global e‑commerce strategy, including store management, e‑merchandising, digital production and the execution of cross‑market e‑commerce projects.
- Define and drive the CRM roadmap: client insights, clienteling programmes, CRM tools and campaign execution to increase loyalty and client value.
- Translate data and BI insights into actionable omnichannel initiatives and measure business impact.
- Steer the development, rollout and continuous optimisation of omnichannel tools and the Clienteling App across regions.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing, cross‑regional omnichannel team and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with HQ functions (Retail, Merchandising, Go To Market, Supply Chain, IT) and Zone teams to ensure operational alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in omnichannel, e‑commerce or CRM within the luxury retail sector, including leadership of global teams.
- Proven track record of defining and executing omnichannel and e‑commerce strategies that drive commercial growth and elevated client experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to convert data and BI insights into scalable programmes and to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills with proven influencing capability at senior levels.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and CRM platforms, with hands‑on experience in Salesforce and Power BI.

At least 10 years of experience in omnichannel, e‑commerce or CRM within luxury retail, including leadership of global teams and delivery of cross‑border digital projects and CRM programmes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
