Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and count stock items, recording data via computer systems
  • Oversee all shipments, transfers, and consignments
  • Pack and unpack items for warehouse shelf storage in compliance with company policy
  • Verify inventory calculations against physical stock counts and investigate or correct discrepancies
  • Maintain precise inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts
  • Uphold inventory accuracy and shrinkage rates to company standards
  • Organise items in orderly, accessible arrangements within warehouses, storage areas, and supply rooms
  • Label and code stock items using identification tags, numbers, lists, or other marking equipment
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance; organise deep warehouse cleaning monthly
  • Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage to supervisors
  • Provide assistance and guidance to warehouse, store, or yard personnel
  • Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to suppliers
  • Coordinate with freight carriers for incoming stock retrieval or delivery to designated locations
  • Prepare and maintain inventory, pricing lists, shortage, shipment, expense, and goods utilisation records
  • Order and maintain necessary supplies by compiling, reviewing, and maintaining contract, purchase order, requisition, and related documentation
  • Ensure optimal after-sales service, accuracy, and integrity
  • Liaise with production to manage defective and damaged items
  • Ensure correct system usage for repair processing and coordinate with local suppliers to guarantee quality and timely service
  • Recommend elimination of surplus, defective, or obsolete stock
  • Maintain and contribute to visual merchandising inventory, communicating new arrivals and unused accessories or mannequins to the VM team

Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role, ideally in luxury retail
  • Strong numerical skills and basic accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management tools
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organisational sense
  • English language proficiency
